This privacy policy details how the organisation uses and protects any information that you share with us. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and if you provide us with personal information you can rest assured that we will only use it in accordance with this policy.
We collect information about you when you communicate with us by email, phone, post or submit information via our websites. telephone, by electronic mail or by submitting the information through our websites or service applications. We will only ask for the information required for the Transaction and handle it in accordance with the United Kingdom's Data Protection legislation.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to process any applications you make with us and for communicating with you in relation to finding workers or work.
We share information with Employing Organisations and/or candidates for the purposes of facilitating a placement or performing a contact between us. We may also share information about you when we need to comply with a legal or regulatory organisation. We may also use your information to select the most relevant products or services for you. You have the right to opt out of any marketing communications from us and you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in an email or by replying to express your wish to unsubscribe.
If you are a registered user of our services and have an account with us, you can delete your account by using the delete feature within it.
How long we store your information
If we cannot find a suitable candidate or role for you after application, we may retain your application information and contact you in the future if a suitable vacancy arises. We maintain this information to ensure we offer you suitable jobs and will keep such information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for. We reserve the right to delete data if we, in our sole determination, are unable to find a suitable role for you.
How to update or withdraw your data
Please ensure that the data you share with us is kept up to date and do keep us informed if your personal data changes. You may ask us to update any inaccurate data about yourself or ask us to stop processing your data by requesting this in writing.
You have the right to: withdraw your consent for us to process your information for any reason, request a copy of the information we hold about you or ask for your personal data to be deleted. Such requests must be made in writing to: dpo@placemeuk.com
