JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
- Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
- Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
- Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
- Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Clinical experience in a renal setting is preferred, however it's not essential as comprehensive training will be provided which will set you up for success and growth throughout your career.
REQUIREMENTS:
- NMC Registered General Nurse.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Excellent English communication skills.
THE OFFER:
- Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Saturday shifts
- A competitive salary up to £33,719 depending on experience, with a sign on bonus of £3,000
