Our client, situated in West Berkshire, is known for their dedication to delivering exceptional care within a supportive and collaborative environment. They are currently in search of an experienced Adult Social Worker within their Busy Hospital Team as part of the Adult Social Care Team.

Requirements:

·       Registered Social worker

·       5+ Years of experience in adult social care settings

·       Access to own car and full driving license

·       Ability to undertake comprehensive assessments of need and risk and develop plans accordingly.

·       Ability to work within a service framework that promotes dignity, choice and control whilst safeguarding vulnerable people.

·       Intervention & Skills: Use judgment and authority to intervene with individuals, families and communities to promote independence, provide support and prevent harm, neglect and abuse.

·       An understanding of social care, and health and their underpinning values, specifically the Care Act.

The job offer:

·       Full-time role (37.5 hours per week)

·       From 8:30am to 5:00pm

·       Competitive pay rate of £25.58/hour
