Job Description:

Looking for Candidate for adults with Learning disabilities, complex and profound needs.

Roles and responsibilities:

·       The candidate will be required to  Lead the care shift and  provide direction and guidance to Residential care staff. 

·       The candidate may be  required to  provide support, advice and guidance in emergencies also . The candidate must  be able to work under their  own initiative. #

·       There will be an expectation that the candidate carries out some personal care and provide support with hoisting and transferring service users safely. 

·       it is a requirement that the candidate  has  knowledge and experience of working with adults who require "PEG" feeding  and people living with epilepsy. 

·       The  candidate  must   be able to keep factual and comprehensive recordings and data.

·       They must have at least 2 years experience in Adult social care in a senior role.
