REQUIRED:
(HCC) A through working knowledge of legislation and how it impacts on the role including: the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Best Interest, Deprivation of Liberty, Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act 1995, and the Human Rights Act 1998
Qualifications required:
(HCC) Professional qualification in Social Work (Diploma in Social Work, BA/BSc/MA in Social Work, CQSW as required by Social Work England
(HCC) Level 2 Practice Educator Standards Certification
(HCC) Level 2 Practice Educator Standards Certification
