Job Description:

Looking for care assistant who can work with individuals who require care demands patience and understanding. You may find that tasks take longer than usual or that patients may be feeling low or upset, and these attributes will be paramount in these situations.

Roles and responsibilities:

·       Providing personal care, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting

·       Assisting with mobility, lifting, transferring and movement of clients - you need a moving and handling qualification

·       Monitoring clients' condition, such as pulse and temperature

·       Assisting with medication management and administration

·       Working with other care professionals to create and implement care and development plans

·       Accompanying clients to medical appointments

·       Providing specialist care for complex conditions
