RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is an opportunity to be part of a thriving and dynamic service, working in the areas of Children in Need and working collaboratively with our client's partners across the integrated service. You will work with social networks, families, or communities, as well as individuals, and help to develop supportive relationships. You will undertake a broad range of work with children in need, children on a child protection plan, and their families, by working with them to give additional support and ensure that your assessments, plans and creative interventions are effective in promoting positive outcomes for Children in Need and Children on a Child Protection Plan.
