Are you an experienced Adult Social Worker (ASW) with a passion for ensuring high standards of care and support for vulnerable individuals? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Practitioner to join our client's team on a temporary basis to support their compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards

REQUIRED:

(HCC) Experience of undertaking Change Management, planning and implementing new ways of working in a complex environment.
Experience of managing staff and complex situations, using clear judgement to advise others to do the same
(HCC) Degree or equivalent level of experience Specific qualification requirement (if applicable): Professional qualification in Social Work (Diploma in Social Work, BA/BSc/MA in Social Work, CQSW as required by Social Work England).
(HCC) A full and deep understanding of the relevance of key legislation, such as the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Human Rights Act, for the professional role of an Occupational Therapist.
(HCC) Professional qualification in Social Work (Diploma in Social Work, BA/BSc/MA in Social Work, CQSW as required by Social Work England
(HCC) Level 2 Practice Educator Standards Certification

Hourly rate: £27.92
