We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our client's team on a temporary basis as an ASW - NQ Social Worker. With up to 2 years of post-qualification experience, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills and knowledge while making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families in need. This temporary position offers valuable experience and mentorship, providing a solid foundation for your professional growth as a social worker.

Our client's Adult safeguarding Team is looking to recruit Experience Social Worker who are motivated and have the passion and ability to work with adults, sometimes in challenging circumstances and within the adult safeguarding team.

About the Role


Our client's Social Work Team makes up part of a wider multi-disciplinary assessment service including Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants and Surveyors, we work alongside colleagues from local health trusts to ensure the holistic needs of our service users are met.


You will bring the principles of professionalism, ambition, accountability, dignity, respect, empathy, and a strength based, collaborative approach to service delivery. You will be expected to have an excellent understanding of the legislation relevant to the role, specifically the:


• Care Act

• Mental Health Act

• Mental Capacity Act

• The Human Rights Act

• The Equality Act And be able to work in accordance with the legislative principles and any

other relevant guidance or case law.



Hourly Rate: £23.38

Start date: Start date 3/6/24 until 26/8/24

36 Hours per week

Hours: 9am until 5pm

Subject to: 5 years references and a DBS
