Our client is a London Care Home group looking for Residential Deputy Care Home Managers in its North London locations. The home houses 56 service users. The home provides residential care for the elderly people who may have alzheimers or dementia, so you will need to be able to demonstrate experience. As a Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure that the home is running as efficiently as possible and in accordance with the Health and Social Care act, CQC regulations and other associated regulations and policies. You will need to be able to work 40 hours across five shift patterns during Monday to Sunday.
Your main duties will be managing the team on shift and ensuring the delivery of care to service users.
Ideal candidates will have experience in the role or an NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (completed or enrolled).
